Bayer Team-building caricatures

Here's a project I'm proud of, mostly because of the new technique I developed. Bayer asked me to join them at a Team-building day at The Blades in Pretoria East. I was to draw cartoons of the staff with an animal of their choice and then take the drawings home to finish them off. The pics below show the process. I also managed the framing so all they had to do was to mount them on the wall.
